We offer diverse menu offerings that highlight signature dishes from the various Southeast Asian region, allowing our guests to explore and taste different culinary traditions in one place. From light and fluffy tempura to delicious sushi platters and specials from the Robata grill, each dish is created entirely from scratch, using exceptional ingredients sourced from the globe’s finest suppliers.

The ambiance of the restaurant also plays a significant role in the dining experience; Showcasing stunning views of Doha Marina and its impressive superyachts, B-lounge by Buddha Bar has an inside/outdoors set-up, illustrated by the stylish fabric ceiling that mimics the fluidity of the surrounding waters. Out on the teak decking, guests sit at high top bar tables and stools or relax in comfy armchairs and sofas, whilst indoors, wood, leather and bronze offer contrasting elements. B-Lounge’s signature dishes are inspired by my travels and diverse culinary experiences. Each dish reflects the vibrant flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques, I have learned through my extensive travels across various Asian countries. Drawing from these experiences, I aim to create innovative and memorable dishes that capture the essence of pan-Asian cuisine while offering a unique culinary adventure for diners. From traditional recipes to modern fusion creations, every dish at B-Lounge is infused with the spirit of exploration and discovery, inviting guests to savor the essence of my wanderlust-infused creations.


Where do you see yourself in the next 10 years?
 
In the next 10 years, I envision myself continuing to grow and evolve as a chef, constantly pushing the boundaries of culinary innovation and creativity. Additionally, I see myself mentoring and inspiring the next generation of chefs, sharing my knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of excellence in the culinary industry. Whether it’s through expanding my culinary repertoire, exploring new culinary trends, or making a positive impact on the community through food, I am committed to pursuing my culinary dreams with dedication and enthusiasm over the next decade.

Where did your passion for food come from?

I come from an amazing family of restaurateurs who loves cooking and crafting traditional recipes with unexpected twists. Food has been an integral part of my childhood. This, I have to say, is one of the reasons why I have chosen to become a chef.

One of the foremost reasons why I adore Qatar is its unparalleled sense of calmness. Amidst the hustle and bustle of modern life, Qatar offers a sanctuary of peace, making it an ideal place to call home.
